To describe the Siberian Husky, the words noble, strong
and eye catching come to mind. The Siberian Husky can
have any coat coloration and pattern of markings from
white, red, black and grey to name a
few.
The eye color in the Siberian Husky would have to be
described as unique... the same as humans; all shapes
and sizes.
In general, a Husky dog is particular about his own
cleanliness. As a breed, they have a freedom
from the usual doggy odors!
The Siberian Husky is a medium sized working dog. He
should be gentle, reliable and friendly,
making him a good family companion to all ages.
Husky dogs also have an alert, outgoing, clownish
personality. They also have a desire to please and the
inclination to be stubborn and strong-willed with
unrivalled independence.
Huskies are not born attack dogs nor predatory. One
obvious thing about the Siberian is his loyalty to
those he loves.
He is affectionate to one and all, is very energetic,
and has a great desire to run.
Siberians do well in sledding activities, which
provide a much-needed outlet for their energies. They
enjoy the cold weather romps, are agile and
adventurous, and they are very fast runners.
